1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by BridgeI2P Pvt Ltd ("BridgeI2P", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all users of our VoIP and cloud communication services.

2Services Description

BridgeI2P provides cloud-based Voice over IP (VoIP) communication services including, but not limited to:

Services are delivered on a subscription basis and subject to the technical specifications provided in your service agreement or order form.

3Account Registration & Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

BridgeI2P reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4Payment Terms & Billing

Subscription Fees

Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your service plan. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST.

Payment

Refund Policy

Setup fees and advance payments are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are not refunded for partial months. Disputes must be raised within 15 days of the invoice date.

All prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior written notice.

5Service Level Agreement (SLA)

BridgeI2P commits to the following service levels:

Service credits for SLA breaches are limited to a maximum of one month's subscription fee and are the sole remedy for service unavailability.

6Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7Intellectual Property

All software, platforms, interfaces, documentation, and content provided by BridgeI2P remain the exclusive intellectual property of BridgeI2P Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our platform without express written permission.

8Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This includes pricing, technical configurations, customer data, and business processes. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BridgeI2P's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

BridgeI2P shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

BridgeI2P is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers, force majeure events, or customer-side equipment failures.

10Termination

By Customer

You may terminate your subscription by providing 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. No refund is provided for the notice period.

By BridgeI2P

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

Upon termination, your access to services ceases and data may be deleted after 30 days.

11Regulatory Compliance

BridgeI2P Pvt Ltd is authorized by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Telecommunications, Government of India as an ISP-VNO Category A licensee with All India Service Area coverage.

Services are provided in compliance with:

Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Prior to initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

13Changes to Terms

BridgeI2P reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
